Registration
Registration for the gcpcc conference will give access also to the largest Healthcare Technology exhibition in Scandinavia organized by Vitalis. They offer a large exhibition featuring more than 200 leading industry players showcasing products and services, covering all aspects of e-health and digitalization.

Cancellation rules
Until 31 December, cancellation is possible and you will be refunded the congress fee less an administrative cost of SEK 500. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 1 January. If you cannot attend the conference, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation, an administrative cost of SEK 250 will be charged. All changes should be done in written form to: gcpcc2024@meetx.se
All payments should be made in Swedish krona (kr/SEK). All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the delegate. No personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted.
Payment can be made by the following methods:
Credit card – Visa, MasterCard. Please note that all credit card payments are made through a secure and encrypted online payment gateway, and will be listed as a transaction with Sweden Meetx AB on your credit card statement.
Invoice – Only possible for Swedish companies/organizations with a valid Swedish VAT number (Org.nr). Invoices should be paid within 30 days.
Hotel
A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been pre-booked at Gothia Towers, the same building as the conference.

Cancellation rules (Hotel)
When the reservation is confirmed until 8 weeks before arrival, no charge will be taken if reservation is cancelled
From 8 to 6 weeks before arrival – 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
From 6 to 4 weeks before arrival – 80% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
We regret that no cancellation within 4 weeks before arrival will be refunded.
Please note that change of arrival/departure dates within this deadline is to be counted as cancellation. Changes and/or cancellations have to be made directly to Sweden Meetx AB and not to the hotel.
VAT on fees – important information
Please note: According to Swedish and EU** legislation all delegates are required to pay Swedish VAT on the registration fee (25%), social events (25%) and hotel (12%).
** According to the EU legislation and regulation for conferences and events (C-647/17, EU:C:2019:195, of 13 March 2019 and Article 53 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC of 28 November 20016) VAT is paid in the country where services are rendered, e.g. the country in which the conference takes place.

User Agreement
The delegate agrees that the data, photos, audio and video can be used by GCPCC, the host of GCPCC 2024 for further steps (Social Media or future congresses). The delegate agrees that the registration data will be recorded electronically and will be used in the future for sending information per email by GCPCC, the host of GCPCC 2024 and the next organizer of GCPCC. The delegate agrees that name / company / country will be printed in the official delegate list of the congress. No data will be transferred to further third party.
Our privacy policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we ask for in the registration is the information we need to properly arrange the meeting, logistics, login, payments etc. We will provide relevant information with our partners (travel agency/hotel/venue and industry) with the same purpose. Neither we nor our partners will share any information with third parties. We may keep your name and email address for future Nordstat events, but you are always free to reject any invitations. We can not register your information without your approval. By confirming our cancellation policy and then clicking the “I accept the user agreement” button in our forms, you agree that we store your information for the above purposes.
