INFORMATION ON PRESENTATION FORMATS

As a presenter you will  receive an email about how to enter your personal details (brief bio) and a possibility to upload a short video, i.e. a short version of your presentation to communicate your work to other conference participants. Check for an email from: vitalis@events.invitepeople.com (might end up in your SPAM box), and you will find this special information.

Oral presentations

Outline of the session: There are five presenters at each session and the session is in total one hour. You have a maximum of 9 minutes for your presentation and 2 minutes for discussion.

Brief oral presentations

Outline of the session: There are 7-8 presenters at each session and the session is in total one hour. You have a maximum of 6 minutes for your presentation. At the end of the session there will be 15 minutes for joint discussion of all the presentations.

Workshops

Outline of the session: You and your team will arrange and lead your whole session and the session is in total one hour. You are supposed to moderate the session, which means there will be no additional moderator allocated.

gcpcc If your presentation is scheduled in room J2 it will take place in a room with small stage. The furnishing will be 12 round tables and 6 chairs at each, like in this figure. Some workshops will be in rooms with cinema seating.

Panel/symposia

Outline of the session: You and your team will arrange and lead your whole session and the session is in total one hour. You are supposed to moderate the session, which means there will be no additional moderator allocated.

Your presentation will take place in a room with a stage with chairs and a small table for you presenters, and cinema seating for the participants.

Art/media/performance

Outline of the session: There are four presenters at each session and the session is in total one hour. You have a maximum of 15 minutes for your presentation including discussion. Your presentation will take place in a partially open room with a stage, and cinema seating for the participants.

All presenters need to have registered for the conference and have a conference name tag.

Posters

Size: A0 (84,1 x 118,9 cm / 33,1” x 46,8”), portrait format.

Posters need to be printed and not digital.

All posters will be displayed during all the main conference days.

  • You may put up your poster in the morning the 14th of May, and no later than 12.30 pm.
  • Remove your poster at 1 pm the 16th of May, and if not it will not be kept.

There will be two poster sessions during which you are expected to stand by your poster:

  • 14 May between 3.45-4.30 pm.
  • 15 May between 2.30-3.15 pm.

Posters will be hanged by subject areas so there will be a specific allocation for your poster.
