Bring your confirmation which contains a barcode that is scanned on the spot to get your nameplate. The barcode will also be sent via SMS to the specified mobile number.
Name badge
All participants receive a name tag and for safety reasons we kindly ask you to wear it during all congress days.
The nameplate is also valid as a ticket to the Congress dinner, if you have signed up for this.
Mobile web
If you have a smartphone and have entered your mobile number when you registered for the congress, you will have an SMS sent to you with a link to the mobile web. Via the mobile web, you get access to the list of participants, the program, practical information about the congress, etc.
Tip! Save the link to the home page on the phone so you have easy access to the mobile web throughout the congress.
Meals
The registration fee includes: Participation in the 3 day conference, lunch and coffee every day, welcome reception.
